Important instructions for government scholarship applicants

The DAMS Scholarship Cell provides a dedicated helpdesk for form filling, document scanning, and online submission. Once you apply, you must submit a hard copy of the form along with all enclosures to the college office for online verification (Forwarding).

As per Government norms, scholarships are disbursed through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Your bank account must be linked (seeded) with your Aadhaar number at the bank branch to receive the funds. Applications with unlinked accounts are often rejected by the portal.

No. A student is eligible to receive only **one** government scholarship per academic year. Applying for multiple government schemes may lead to the cancellation of both applications during the duplicate-check process by the respective departments.

Please check the official portals for current deadlines. Late applications are not accepted by the Government.
